Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives defective, simply send us a clear photo of the issue and we will immediately ship out a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping. This replacement policy applies only to defective merchandise.

Sizing errors or changes of mind are not considered defects. If you order the wrong size, that is your responsibility, and we cannot replace or refund the item. The only exceptions are for verified defective merchandise, which we will replace promptly.
