By placing an order with Epic Ultras, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders & Payment: All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal.

• Shipping: Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. If your item arrives defective, simply send us a photo and we will immediately ship you a replacement at no cost, including shipping. Please note: sizing issues are not considered defects, if you order the wrong size, we cannot replace or refund the item. The only exceptions are for defective merchandise.

• Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in USD. Product availability may change without notice. In the rare case an item is oversold, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

• Use of Products: Merchandise is intended for personal use. Epic Ultras is not responsible for misuse of any product.
